Avocat au Barreau de Paris (Member of the Paris Bar). The title of avocat is a regulated professional title obtained in France in accordance with Law No. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971 on the reform of certain judicial and legal professions.

In accordance with Article 27 of Law No. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971, Maître Nourdine El Halfi is covered for professional indemnity under the collective policy taken out by the Paris Bar Association (Ordre des avocats de Paris) with MMA IARD Assurances Mutuelles — MMA IARD SA, managed by the Paris Bar's insurance office (Bureau des assurances). This policy also covers the guarantee for client funds handling. Geographical coverage: metropolitan France and overseas territories.
